This is your opportunity to join the real estate team of an award-winning, truly international law firm which is a newer entrant into the Manchester legal market. 
 
You will be working as part of the specialist team of real estate lawyers with in depth knowledge across sectors including energy, hotels and leisure, technology, sport, financial services, energy and many more. This firm has a very impressive list of household name clients including banks, energy suppliers, social media sites and pharmaceutical companies. 
 
The real estate team has proven to be a key competitor in the Manchester market and has therefore continued to grow. As part of expansion plans they are looking to bolster the real estate team with a real estate associate solicitor from qualification through to 5 years' PQE.
 
The Manchester team handles a good mix of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions, corporate occupier, development and investment as well as having a strong property finance offering in Manchester. The team regularly acts for investor clients. Nationally the firm has outstanding corporate and banking teams allowing you to work on the property aspects of these transactions.
 
This role really does stand out amongst the many real estate solicitor roles in the Manchester market.  You will be working on the big ticket City and national work but from a smaller office allowing you a great deal more flexibility and a better work/life balance. 
 
You will be considered with a strong academic profile (ideally 2:1 at degree level or equivalent) experience working as a commercial property solicitor with a strong mid-tier or national law firm.  With a bright, personable and enthusiastic outlook you will be keen to join a leading real estate team in Manchester.
