Wills & Probate Solicitor

A highly regarded firm are looking for an experienced Private Client solicitor to join the established team. Following an increase in instructions the department is currently expanding - You must have experience with Wills, Probate and Trusts. A STEP qualification would be ideal but not essential.

You will be handling a full caseload of private client matters including wills, probate and trusts. This role will be responsible for managing the junior fee earners and contributing to the development of the department. You will work closely with the Head of department and will be expected to contribute to the expansion of the firms private client offering.

As the dept expands you will be called upon to take on additional responsibilities to progress your career further. The client base is already established and it will be your duty to maintain these relationships and expand when possible.
