Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Liverpool

A Residential Conveyancer is required to join one of Liverpool's established firms. The role has arisen as part of the continued commitment to develop and expand their existing Conveyancing team. The salary is negotiable, dependent on experience, with excellent opportunities to develop your career.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to work along side a large team of fee earners. handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will ideally have 2 years experience in Conveyancing, possessing detailed and sound knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity. You must have excellent written and interpersonal skills with good IT skills.

Applications are invited from qualified Licensed Conveyancers/Solicitors/Legal Executives with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management system.
