Job Details
A leading South West legal practice with offices throughout Somerset and Devon, is seeking to appoint a skilled Criminal Duty Solicitor to join the firm on a part-time basis. On a daily basis you will be responsible for attending police stations to advise and represent clients, attending the Magistrates' Courts, and preparing briefs to Counsel etc.
Applications are encouraged from duty qualified solicitors who a proven track record in representing and advising detained clients across an array of criminal matters at various stages throughout the process.
