Locum Private Client Lawyer

A leading practice in Bristol are seeking the assistance of a locum Private Client Lawyer to come on board and help in clearing a backlog of work. The role is due to start as a matter of urgency and is likely to last for a period of six months.  The firm are open to considering candidates on both a part time or full time basis.

The caseload will comprise of a full range of Private Client matters to include: Wills, Probate, LPA’s, Deputyships, Estate Administration and some light Tax and Trust matters.

The firm operate a case management system and utilise digital dictation. There will also be secretarial support available.

The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and have experience in handling a full Private Client caseload. They will be joining an established and reputable department.

Previous experience as a locum would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.

Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Probate Practitioners and Lawyers qualified by experience are encouraged to apply.
