Conveyancer – Pontypridd
My client is looking to appoint a Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy conveyancing team.
You will have from 2+ Years' PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with property conveyancing caseloads.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy and remortgages and deal with all aspects on the conveyancing procedure from file opening to closing.
The firm has a friendly atmosphere within their team and will assist you with work life balance. The reason for the vacancy is an upturn in instructions and you will be joining a close knit and welcoming environment
