My client is a Legal 500 registered Law and they are one of the largest in the North East; they are a multi-disciplined firm with both regional and national reach. My Client recently embarked on an ambitious strategic plan. They are seeking an experienced Construction & Engineering Solicitor to join an expanding team.
The Role;
You will undertake a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious work from different sectors and clients including employers, contractors, sub-contractors and lenders. This will include drafting, negotiating and advising upon building contracts, professional appointments, sub-contracts and associated bonds and warranties. The successful candidate will also provide support to our wider Real Estate team on development and construction matters and act for clients in contentious matters including adjudication, arbitration and litigation
The Candidate;
Ideally as a Construction Solicitor you will be a minimum of 2 years PQE and will have experienced of working on a caseload, you will have a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to work under time pressure and working to client's requests. You will have excellent attention to detail as well an excellent communication skill both written and spoken.
