COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR | PARTNERSHIP

A unique opportunity has emerged for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a well established country practice in a senior position that will lead to partnership.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary law firm with offices across Kent. They have a strong and loyal network of clients across local businesses and private clients and have an enviable reputation in the area. Due to the retirement of a Partner, they are looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to lead the Residential Property Department alongside carrying out fee earning work in Commercial Property matters.

Entering at Senior Associate level with a view to obtaining partnership after around a year's service, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team of Residential Property solicitors in an established practice. From a fee earning perspective, you will look after a loyal client base carrying out commercial property transactions across agricultural, development and other commercial areas. You will be involved in the running of the firm from the outset, and it is expected that the successful applicant will become a Partner.

It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 7 years' PQE, have excellent technical skills and a strong background in client cultivation. There is a good active client base, so candidates do not need to have a following, but must be able to demonstrate the ability to nurture client relationships and provide exceptional service. Candidates with a mixed background in Commercial and Residential Property are welcome to apply.

Salary is very much dependant on experience, but will be competitive. The role is commutable from London, Canterbury, Ashford and Maidstone.

It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
