My client is an International multi-disciplinary consultancy operating in over 20 locations across the globe. They have a rare opening for a Solicitor or Lawyer to play a key part in their continued growth.
To assist the Legal Director with the review and management of the contractual arrangements of the company's projects, you will take responsibility for the review of contracts and production of advice in relation to this. You will also take responsibility for other contractual advice such as the validity or otherwise of requests for assignments of the firms appointments or for additional Collateral Warranties / Third Party Rights, as well as maintenance of the firms contracts database.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with relevant practical experience, you will have excellent analytical skills as well as strong attention to details when analysing and drafting contracts and other legal documents. You will have excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Experience of advising on professional engineer's consultancy appointments and building contracts is desirable.
