The Role

This is an excellent role with excellent career progression for a Residential Conveyancer to join this illustrious firms Bromley office!

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of Property matters specifically Residential Conveyancing matters. You will handle a range of Leasehold, freehold, new builds, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy and acquisitions. You will receive market leading training to get the practitioner where they wish to head.

The department is currently led by highly regarded partners who have been at the firm for over 25 years each, giving you an in-depth knowledge and insight to one of the fast-growing firms in Bromley. You will be working on state of the art case management software. Not only would you have excellent exposure to such highly skilled individuals, but you would also can spend your time solely focused on fee earning.

The Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who at least has 3 years+ PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing matters.
• Client care and a passion for supporting vulnerable people and working in an ethical way.
• The ability to integrate into a firmly established department.
• Excellent client and customer care skills are essential.
• Above market salary, with an excellent bonus package
