Job Details
Our client are an In-House law firm seeking a Property Legal Executive to join the expanding team based in Leyland to work on a mix of Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property matters.
As a Property Legal Executive, you would be running your own caseload under minimal supervision which includes development work with warehousing associations, Sales and Purchases, Right to Buy and Acquisitions. You will be interacting with clients daily and ensuring you are keeping them up-to-date throughout the entire process.
You will be professional and knowledgeable bringing with you ideally at least 12 month's experience in a similar role. You should be organised and manage your time efficiently as well as having strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to commute to the Leyland office on a daily basis.
