The Firm
My client’s strategic vision is to be the regions leading law firm. The development and growth of the Corporate Group lies at the core of that vision. They are now seeking to recruit an exceptional corporate lawyer from a City or regional corporate practice with a minimum of 4 years' PQE, and with particular expertise in major corporate M&A work.
The Team
The Corporate team handles many M&A transactions each year domestically and internationally, with the mid-market forming the mainstay of the work they do in the UK. They act for numerous domestic and international corporate and institutional clients.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess developed team working and communication skills. A pro-active, commercial approach to help drive the practice forward is essential. They offer first rate support in the form of tailored training, partner time, excellent career prospects and an opportunity to play a significant role in the development of a key practice in one of the world's most exciting and dynamic law firms.
