Solicitors at this Practice are adept at handling employment disputes between employers and employees, to robustly advocate in Employment Tribunals. They advise on all matters falling within the jurisdiction of Employment, and mediate across all the prerequisite areas of the law.

The Role

The firm is seeking a new Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE) to join their East London based office. The work will be varied making for an exciting role. The team has an incredibly strong referral network and due to an influx of work are looking for a new Solicitor to join the team.

You will deal with a mixed caseload but will lean more towards the claimant side. You will deal with a high quality of contentious work. This will range from disciplinary, grievance, unfair dismissal, settlement agreements, compromise agreements, discrimination, suspension, and employment tribunal work.

You will receive proper training and support from the more senior Solicitors.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• You will deal with a high quality of mixed claimant work, but also be adept at handling matters from the respondent side.
• You will have good experience of dealing with your own caseload of claimant work
• Salary is up to £45k, plus good prospects
