Nelson Chambers is working with well established, Legal 500 firm who have a fantastic reputation in the mid Essex area. Due to expansion, they are looking for a qualified Conveyancer to join their largest department in Chelmsford.
Supporting the Property Partner, you'll be dealing with a range of duties including:
- Leasehold matters
- Freehold matters
- Shared Ownership
- Deeds of Variation
- Postponement
- New build work
This is the perfect opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident with the transactional side of residential property.
