Lawyer (Child Care)

Legal Services Lincolnshire are looking to recruit a lawyer preferably with expertise in public law children’s cases and proven skills in advocacy to a Job Share vacancy which has arisen in the childcare team.

The position is based on 18.5 hours – 22 hours per week and the successful candidate will be required to work during the latter part of the working week. There may be some flexibility in the work schedule arrangements.

The focus of the recruitment is on public law children’s cases including conduct and advocacy at all levels in the Family Court, and advising officers on all matters relating to the Authority's duties in relation to safeguarding children and regulated services. The post is offered on a permanent basis.  You will be a lawyer who holds a relevant qualification or has equivalent experience and is flexible, customer focused, a team player and able to apply your skills innovatively and proactively.
