Senior Legal Counsel

One of the world’s leading data services company is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial and contractual matters to the teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• Provide legal advice and support to other members of the UK legal team
• Translating advice given by external solicitors to internal customers
• Keep contract templates and internal briefing notes up-to-date
• Maintain effective contacts with relevant internal teams

Skills:

• Qualified solicitor
• Strong commercial law experience and a good knowledge of general law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects and driven them forward to completion
