My client, a newly established firm in Newcastle is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their set up.
This is a truly unique 'ground-level' opportunity for a candidate with aspirations to become a business owner and with the drive to grow a business utilising the firms existing high quality clients whilst maintaining a work-life balance.
The business has been established for over 2 years and its growth has driven the need for additional key personnel to continue the firm's growth.
The Role:
The firm has work coming through from London from large developers and is looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running with top quality matters.
A following is not needed, as the work is already there and ready for you to get your teeth straight into.
Your caseload will primarily consist of Commercial Development and Investment work with a particular focus on the acquisition of Commercial properties and site acquisition intended for large scale mixed use developments
Candidates' approach to work needs to be flexible; but this flexibility is reflected by the firm's approach to its working practices and offers a rare combination of acting for London and Offshore clients within a small-firm friendly approach.
The firm has a very flexible approach to working and welcomes anyone who would be interested in homeworking.
The Candidate:
Candidates who wish to be considered will ideally have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
Broad exposure to Commercial Property matters is a necessity for this role. Some planning and financing experience would be beneficial for this role.
