Perhaps Merseyside's most well regarded and truly renowned Property specialist firms based in Liverpool city centre have a fantastic new position within their Residential Conveyancing department for an ambitious and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy, fast paced team!
The existing Conveyancing team have had lots of success over the last 12 months and with an ever growing client base they now seek to appoint an additional experienced fee earner!
You'll be given your own portfolio of Residential Conveyancing transactions which you'll see through the full process. These will include: Sales & Purchase, Leasehold & Fee Hold, Shared ownership, Right to Buy and New Build property transactions etc. You'll have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience in handling Conveyancing transactions and be able to hit the ground running with a new caseload.
