Now seeking a Trade Mark Attorney to support an existing IP and wider Commercial team providing advice to individuals and businesses within media and creative industries, technology and retail.

It is expected that you will be able to handle a broad spectrum of trade mark searching, filing and prosecution work from straightforward filing to complex oppositions and cancellations, including advising on registration strategies, drafting trade mark specifications, and dealing with office actions at the UK IPO and EUIPO. You will also have the opportunity to assist with trade mark infringement claims, drafting letters of claim, resolving disputes at a pre-litigation stage and working with the firm's Dispute Resolution Department when proceedings are issued. You will also be required to provide ad hoc support on trade mark due diligence work in connection to corporate acquisitions and investments.
