THE ROLE
A Commercial Property Partner with a following is now sought to join an already well established Real Estate Department.
The role is due both to succession planning combined with the development of the firm's Real Estate practice.
The role will require promotion of the services and reputation of the firm as well as support to less experienced members of the team and involvement in the development of more junior team members.
The candidate will also take an active role in the development of know-how and participate in marketing activities such as presentations, writing articles, preparing tenders and attending networking events
ABOUT YOU
With an excellent academic record, you will have strong experience of general commercial property work to include- licences, sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, grant and taking of leases, general management work, some corporate support work.
This will be for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporates and PLCs, charities, and public-sector bodies including NHS organisations.
Some residential sales knowledge may be needed although very little will be involved in the role.
