Residential Conveyancer 3+PQE Newcastle

A market leading business in central Newcastle is looking for a residential conveyancer to join its plot sales team.

Due to expansion and the various national and local developer and housebuilder clients that they act for you will be responsible for handling plot conveyancing (including shared equity and Firstbuy transactions) and part exchange house purchases and re-sales.

To be considered for the role you will have good working knowledge of residential conveyancing practice and procedure and previous experience either of this nature or work or in handling plot sales for a house builder would be an advantage. You will also be expected to be self sufficient, working without secretarial support, dealing with their own typing etc and be part of a collegiate team.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced ilex, legal executive or residential conveyancer to join a highly regarded team working for quality clients in a picturesque area of the country.
