Upwardly mobile Legal 500 firm in the Midlands are now looking to appoint an ambitious technically strong Commercial Property solicitor to join a close knit niche team handling very good quality Commercial Property matters. Candidates will ideally be at the junior level 0 - 4 yrs PQE.

Joining a thriving Commercial Property team this is a broad role where you will be expected to handle an array of Commercial Property/Real Estate matters for a client base that includes companies of all sizes, developers, landowners, landlords, tenants, funds, private equity houses, banks, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. A city quality client base based in a regional location, so the best of both worlds is on offer. Work will be a mix of development, landlord/tenant and acquisitions.

You will join a bright, modern and ambitious Commercial Property team with a strong local and national client base. Your workload will be varied, both in terms of legal challenges and client base.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong academic background and experience of working in a Commercial Property team.
