The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner to join their small office in Royston as part of a much larger firm and team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property fee-earner to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progression opportunities. 

The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied caseload of sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new builds and remortgages. This role is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to continue to develop their career in Property Law.

You must have experience of handling the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish whether it is freehold or leasehold properties.

You’ll be managing your own caseload and providing support and supervision to others so it’s important that you are an effective communicator, can stay calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent organisational skills are also essential.

In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £35,000- £45,000 depending on experience.
