A new opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join the firm’s highly regarded and diverse fraud and criminal litigation department.  This thriving department undertakes a varied and challenging caseload and the successful candidate can expect a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. 

The team undertakes a variety of different types of work including complex fraud cases and defending private clients regarding the whole spectrum of offences. The successful candidate will join one of London’s foremost fraud teams dealing with a broad range of challenging cases.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate skills commensurate with a solicitor with experience in private work and complex fraud cases. 

Experience in defending regulatory breaches would be an advantage, for example experience in defending Health and Safety investigations.

The successful candidate is likely to have had broad experience and is ambitious, can demonstrate initiative, passion, business development acumen and be a real team player. You can expect a broad range of work in a supportive environment.
