Rural / Commercial Property
This is a great role with a leading Suffolk firm for an ambitious, commercially minded commercial property lawyer to take on and further develop a broad Agricultural / Commercial Property caseload acting on behalf of a broad client base to include: agricultural land owners/farmers, trustees / owners of landed estates and other rural property owners.
You will enjoy being out there with your clients and developing long term relationships. Your experience to date will encompass sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, easements, option agreements, renewable energy projects, overage agreements, Landlord and Tenant Act etc.
The firm are flexible on PQE, but you must be able to demonstrate a solid background in Agricultural / Commercial Property matters.
