Employment Solicitor - Cambridge.

A commercial firm with an excellent reputation that spreads nationally are looking to recruit an employment lawyer to their Cambridge based employment team.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a solicitor with upwards of 2 years post qualification experience of working in respondent employment law within a commercial law firm. The team deals with both contentious and non contentious work so you can expect a varied and interesting caseload and exposure to high profile and often high value work.

As well as the required practical experience it is expected that you will have a strong academic record and be personable, professional and have an ability to build up and maintain relationships with key clients of the firm.

The firm will offer an excellent benefits package including a good salary which will be at the top end of market rate for Cambridge (which will be dependent on experience) as well as bonuses, an excellent pension scheme, generous annual leave, private healthcare and other fantastic benefits.
