I have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor who may be interested in advising on a broad mix of contentious civil and commercial matters and who feels ready to take on the responsibility of overseeing a small team of fee earners.
 
My client is a well established Solihull firm who have operated in the area for many years. The firm offers most services spread evenly across the commercial and private client spectrum. The litigation team deal with a similar broad spread of contentious matters ranging from private civil disputes, contested probates, employment law and commercial disputes and the role would require the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate competence in most, if not all, of these areas.
 
You will receive full support from the partnership, as well as the assistance of a trainee solicitor and secretarial support. The firm have ambitious plans for their future which include the prospect of opening further offices and, as the business stands on a firm and profitable financial footing, there is scope for the right person to share in the firms' success.
