Job Details
A Legal 500 firm with 6 offices is seeking a senior corporate solicitor to join their 6 partner led team to be based in Milton Keynes.
You will ideally be a Senior Corporate Solicitor with in the region of 4 - 8 years PQE who has acted for clients ranging from SMEs through to banks and multi-national corporations. You will have an excellent technical understanding of corporate matters to include M&A work, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, MBO/MBIs, corporate governance, and private equity work. The firm can offer access to their excellent clients across the network of their prominent locations offices, and the right candidate can expect excellent long term prospects.
