An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join a highly respected regional law firm, based in its Luton office.
Our client has a first class reputation for developing people within and boasts a fantastic staff retention rate. They work with a wide range of clients over a variety of practice areas, these include FTSE 350 companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals.
This particular role offers the opportunity to get stuck into complex commercial property work including investment acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, licensing, property development, leasehold & enfranchisement, property finance, security lending and more. Their client base is impressive and includes investors, entrepreneurs, developers, retailers, banks and large corporations with substantial property portfolios.
The firm are open to which level they recruit at and so all levels of pqe are encouraged to apply, it's more about the person. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to build new and existing client relationships.
