Job Details
A highly respected, Lexcel accredited firm in Ferring, West Sussex is looking for a Solicitor with experience in Care, Capacity and Court of Protection law.
As part of a busy private client team, your responsibilities will include applications to the Court of Protection e.g. Statutory Wills, Gratuitous Care, Retrospective Approval for financial decisions, OPG reports and acting as / for Attorney.
You must have previous experience in this area of law and a desire to continue your career within this specialist field. You will also have experience of contested Court of Protection proceedings, and recovery of misappropriated assets.
