Leeds
Our client is an award winning top 100 national firm in the heart of Leeds.
They are looking to extend their presence in Leeds by taking on a dynamic, commercially minded Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team. The department is known nationwide as one of the leaders in M&A, and the Partners in the team are highly regarded throughout the country.
The role is for a Solicitor 3 year +PQE to join the department. The work is a really exciting mix of Corporate work including advising on M&A transactions, Joint Ventures, and Private Equity & Venture Capital advice. You will be advising an impressive client base from well-known FTSE 100 companies to smaller regional SME's. You will be doing London quality work but with a much better work-life balance.
The firm truly is different to a lot of large Corporates. You will get excellent training and support. The are known for how they support more junior lawyers. The work will also be hands on and you will be heavily involved with files from day one. The environment is really open and supportive, there are no egos, or politics and you really can make your mark here without being seen as just a number.
