PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR - TOP 100 CITY FIRM - 1-6 PQE
PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR - CITY OF LONDON
This position is a really exciting opportunity to work on high profile, high value cases with a top 100 Firm.
This role has varied responsibilities, including taking instructions from and advising clients, undertaking legal research, preparing pleadings, witness statements, applications and bundles, liaising with experts, attending conferences with Counsel, clients and experts, obtaining evidence to support clients' cases, and prosecuting cases through to settlement meeting or trial if necessary.
Ideally you will have around 1 - 4 years' experience in claimant PI claims in serious injury. It is also desireable (not essential) if suitable candidates have experience of international cases involving elements of foreign law and/or cross border disputes as you will be working within the international team.
