Ready to take on an exciting new role at a global company, entering an established team of legal professionals? Look no further… an opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to make their mark is on offer here.
Based in Leeds, the successful applicant will work to support a variety of intricate commercial project/PFI arrangements. You will maintain and establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders and will assist with local and group level transactions.
The desired candidate will be skilled in PFI, FM outsourcings, contracts, IP and corporate law and be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills. You will work well autonomously and deal effectively with governance, compliance and risk management.
This role would suit a Solicitor with 6-8 years PQE under their belt, however it must be stressed that if you hold relevant experience and applicable skills your application will be warmly welcomed.
