Job Details

Are you a commercial property solicitor, somewhere between newly qualified and three years PQE and with a desire to pursue a career within Property & Infrastructure?

If so, then please do read on.

My client, one of Scotland's premier legal firms, is casting their eyes towards the market to secure a solicitor with at least a six month seat within commercial property to join their thriving property and infrastructure team.

This is a group that specialises in property investment and development, development funding, joint ventures, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio acquisitions and public sector led regeneration.

You will work alongside a Partner that has been at the forefront of this type of work for some years and as such, is a highly respected, Legal 500 noted, expert within commercial property and infrastructure matters both in Scotland and beyond.

Commercial acumen is essential to be considered for this role as my client expects all their solicitors to be involved in business development from assistant solicitor to Partner level.

Whilst many Scottish firms have merged with larger England & Wales or international competitors over the last few years, my client has bucked that trend and expanded consistently in their original form.

For additional information, please contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
