The Role

They are seeking to hire a Locum Residential Property Solicitor into their Bath, Somerset office.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling property, remortgaging, new build properties, affordable housing, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.

Requirements

• Residential Property Solicitor (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Be able to manage your own caseload
• Be able to work within a team
