The successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be joining a busy and professional department in Blackburn. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience gained in Clinical Negligence work, you will work well within a team and demonstrate excellent client skills at all times. Your matters will include: misdiagnosis; nursing home claims; cosmetic surgery defects; private surgery; fatal accidents claims; A&E treatment; sore claims and; serious injury claims. It is essential for the successful Lawyer to have strong negotiating skills and comfortable handling high value transactions. This is a full time, permanent role.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE;
You must have solid background in Clinical Negligence claims;
You will have excellent client skills;
You will have a flair for business development and networking;
You will be detail oriented;
You will have strong Negotiation skills.
