Job Details

This firm is based in the heart of Lancashire with the head office based in Preston. They have recently established a new department and are seeking an Immigration Solicitor to head up a new department and successfully grow a team.

An Immigration Solicitor with Level 2/3 OISC Advisor accreditation is sought to work with the existing management team and manage a wide variety of personal and business immigration matters. You will ideally have 2+ years' PQE within an immigration role and be expected to deal with privately funded matter covering private applications under the immigration rules, EEA applications points based system applications, sponsor licences, First-Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal appeals and Judicial Review

You will be a pro-active individual with good business and marketing skills and an ability to contribute to the continued growth of the firm. Ideally you will have previous management experience and be comfortable being self sufficient initially.

Salary for this role is based on PQE level however a bonus scheme can be built into your package as well as added benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to really establish yourself as the Head of Department and build a new department around your expertise and views.
