Senior Family Solicitor in publicly family matters - Child Care and wider Public Law.

Seeking a senior family and child care solicitor looking for a flexible working, friendly and supportive firm locally. You will be working for a firm that offers a strong salary, benefits package and a truly national reach.

This opportunity would present a fantastic opportunity for a local Senior Family and Child Care Solicitor or Senior Legal Executive with at least 5 years of fee earning exposure to public law family matters. You will ideally have a known presence locally, with strong established referral links and history of impressive billings. 

The firm in question is a leading national firm with a focus on civil matters and a strong focus on public law and child care related family work internally. Based in serviced offices the ideal candidate will be a local lawyer who is looking for a chance to develop and progress to a senior position within a leading national firm. 

You will ideally have exposure to the full spectrum of publicly funded family work, including domestic abuse cases, care proceedings, child abuse and child neglect cases. A focus specialising in Local Authority and public funding mechanism such as CCMS would be advantageous.preferential treatment would be given to a member of the law Society's Chldren's Panel and reference for Resolution membership is also present.
