An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Partner with aspirations to join a leading law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Partner either from a leading local regional firm or from the City, looking to find a work life balance.
Full time or Part time considered. My client are also able to offer agile/remote working and flexible working hours.
This forward thinking Southampton-based Legal 100 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its successful Litigation department, in this key placement. You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including Commercial Contract disputes, Shareholder agreements and defamation cases across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Transport and Energy. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
Your role as a Commercial Litigation Partner will involve:
- An existing caseload to hand due to exceptionally busy department
- Clear career path from the outset to work towards Partnership
- Experience in supervision and development of junior lawyers in the team
