Legal Counsel

An instantly recognisable Technology business is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their In-house legal team and advise on a range of commercial contracts in their B2B division. The role would be perfect for a Commercial Solicitor, either from Practice or In-house, with significant drafting and negotiating experience. Working as part of the wider In-house legal team, you will work with a smaller team of In-house Lawyers advising on the organisations business customers. You will draft and negotiate a variety of high value and complex commercial agreements, liaise with external legal counsel and monitor external advice, work closely with colleagues on any disputes, manage a contracts database, and provide ad-hoc and commercially driven legal advice to various other business units.

Applications are invited from NQ - 5 years PQE and it is preferred that candidates have significant commercial contracts experience, although those from commercial litigation or real estate backgrounds will also be considered. The business has clear organisational values; you must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and the ambition to grow upwards through the company.
