Job Details
A rapidly growing Central London law firm has a vacancy for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join the team.
The firm's property clients include property companies, institutional investors, developers and institutional lenders. The general caseload covers lettings and lease extensions, commercial property sale & purchase, Landlord & Tenant advice, dilapidation claims, property finance & loan security, and development projects.
The role would suit an ambitious commercial property solicitor who is keen to play their part in the continued growth of the firm. A willingness to take part in business development with both new and existing clients is essential.
