Construction Disputes Lawyer

A specialist international law firm is seeking to appoint a skilled Solicitor to join its Construction Disputes team in Bristol. Working alongside a Partner and Associate in addition to the firms' City office, you will be managing your own caseload of construction litigation concerning surveyors, engineers, architects and contractors etc. On a daily basis you will be responsible for preparing correspondence, undertaking litigation/ADR, adjudication and instructing Counsel etc.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with sound technical expertise across the full scope of construction litigation matters.

TSR Legal would expect a candidate with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less PQE.
