The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Company Commercial Solicitor for their Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire office.

The Commercial department deals with a very high-quality of work. They believe in fee earners handling manageable caseloads, putting a real emphasis on client care and adding real value to transactions. The department is small compared with that of other departments but has an incredible wealth of experience with highly-skilled Senior Lawyers. You will be involved in a broad range of work and you will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with all Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression as the firm has plans to grow the department further in the next 24 months.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with between 1-6 years PQE
• You will have broad Commercial experience
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package
