Litigated Fee Earner opportunity - Greater Manchester

Your new firm is a well-regarded legal firm in Greater Manchester.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a caseload, pursuing the settlement of credit hire files, handling small claims and fast track matters. You will undertake discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors to pursue the rapid and appropriate settlement of cases, and the apportionment of costs. You will ensure case progress is maximised, and that all actions have been undertaken to bring the case to settlement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need 12 months credit hire experience (as a minimum), and experience of handling small claims and fast track matters, managing your own caseload.
