Commercial Litigation Solicitor

I am working with a local and well-established law firm based in Liverpool who are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

The team advise and act on behalf of large commercial companies, small and medium sized businesses (SMEs), owner managed businesses (OMBs), high net worth individuals and insolvency practitioners.

About the role

You will ideally have 4+ years post qualification experience, although candidates who have recently qualified showing a high level of prior experience will also be considered.

You will be responsible for your own case load to include complex commercial contract claims, company/shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant actions, IT disputes, construction disputes, professional negligence claims, property litigation, intellectual property, corporate and personal insolvency and contentious probate.

In addition, you will also assist the head of department on more complex matters who will be able to share their wealth of experience and further advance your skills on more complex, high value disputes.

Salary is in the region of £30,000 – £40,000 dependent on PQE level. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, monthly bonus scheme, pension, eyecare vouchers, monthly and annual social events, and access to several discounts at various venues across the UK.
