Chambers rated Private Practice law firm based in Berkshire are seeking a 3+ year PQE Business Immigration Solicitor to join the Employment and Business Immigration department. 
 
The Employment & Immigration departments' work includes handling an array of contentious and non contentious matters:
 
*Contract of employment
*Disciplinary and grievance claims & procedures
*Unfair & Constructive dismissal claims
*Discrimination claims
 
*Contracts, procedures and policies
*Data protection issues
*Unfair dismissal and redundancy claims
*Tier 1 and Tier 2 visa and extension applications
*Advising clients on the right to work
*Advising on the operation of the sponsor management system
 
The ideal candidate will primarily focus on providing high quality immigration advice to corporate clients and their family members.  Ideally you will have  experience in Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investor applications, Tier 2/5 visa initial and extension applications as well as advising clients on the right to work and operation of the sponsor management system. 
 
Knowledge and experience with Home Office compliance visits and defending civil penalties would also be required
