High profile team in Nottingham are looking to strengthen with the appointment of a Corporate Law solicitor at 2+ PQE.
 
You would be part of a much bigger Corporate Law department who have a nationwide reach and a blue chip client base.

This award winning firm will give consideration will be given to candidates between 2 - 5 years PQE with strong corporate experience.
 
The Corporate team sits within a wider Commercial department and within the firm is a depth and experience were substantial size deals are regularly completed.
 
Given the firm's client base you should have handled or assisted on deals of the value of £20 million+.
 
You will provide a high quality service to clients on the full range of corporate matters. Your caseload will include all areas of business law, in particular share and business acquisitions and disposals, complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements, investment agreements and general corporate advisory services to a wide range of clients and technically you will be strong and also you will be very motivated.
