Job Details
This firm are a well-known name nationally and are specialists in Real Estate Finance and boast one of the largest teams in the West End; this is made up of pure banking and property finance lawyers. The department is seeking to recruit a new Real Estate Finance Solicitor into the West End office
Ideally you will be a banking lawyer at the mid to senior level – so probably 4-8 year PQE, but with some flexibility for the right candidate. Client is looking for some with experience of:
General corporate lending Real estate finance Ideally also the LMA standard form leveraged facility agreement Running a transaction (with appropriate supervision)

Salary is dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package plus bonus structure.
