MPS is the world’s leading protection organisation for doctors, dentists and healthcare professionals. We protect and support the professional interests of more than 300,000 members around the world. Our benefits include access to indemnity, expert advice and peace of mind. Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This includes clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Clinical Negligence solicitors to work as part of our Regional and International team based in London. These vacancies are offered on a fixed term basis.

The purpose of this role is to directly manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims predominantly in Asia and the Caribbean.

The Claims Manager will work as part of a collaborative team including in-house doctors, dentists, solicitors, claims assistants and support staff.
