The role

The firm is seeking a Parish Council Specialist to join their Surrey office. The firm are one of the few law firms versed in this specific area of law dealing with matters of Council procedures and the interpretation of these rules and procedures. The team advise on a wide range of issues including local government law and procedures, village greens and halls, charitable trusts, cemeteries and burial grounds, employment law matters and data protection.

You will have your own varied caseload working with parish, town, community, neighbourhood and village councils and their clerks.

Requirements

• You will be a Parish Council Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a high-quality work
• You will have the ability to deliver excellent client service
